We are going to talk about what has changed in the New
Volkswagen Polo 2014 new model. I will start with the front of the car and in
front you will see a new grill, which comes with a lot of Chrome Treatment, the
styling on the bumper as well as on the grill is slightly different, you get
dual barrel head lamps which looks smart and the chrome makes it look premium,
the head lamps styling has also under gone some change compare to the previous
model.
When you move to the side of the car, you will notice there are new alloy wheels which look smarter and much sleeker than before. The side profile and body line do not change, so we do not see changes in the exterior body panel of the 2014 Volkswagen Polo. Moving to the rear you will see new redesigned tail lamp cluster which look slightly different from the previous model, also on the boot door you will notice circular handle which comes with the Volkswagen Logo which is used to open the boot door at the rear. That’s pretty much on the outside, on the inside you will see new steering wheel which comes with new functions, so you have redesigned steering wheel which looks more sporty, it comes with audio controls as well as phone controls so you can control your phone using the Bluetooth and the steering wheel design looks really sporty. The instrument cluster as well as the center entertainment console does not undergo any changes except for the silver accent that you see around the center consol. The door trims at the front as well as the rear also looks the same as in the previous model. The seat upholstery how ever under gone some change.

The space inside the car is also the same whether in cabin or
in the boot space. Another change you will see in the New Polo is under the
hood. You get now 2 petrol engine options, a 1.2 L MPI Engine with 75 PS of
power and a 1.2 L TSI Engine which delivers 105 PS of power, it also gets a new
diesel unit, a 1.5 L TDI with 230 NM of torque which starts delivering at 1500
RPM and peak power is 90 PS. The pricing of the new Polo has been kept between
Rs. 4.99 Lakhs and goes up to Rs. 7.37 Lacs for the diesel top end variant. There
is also Cross Polo, Polo GT Tdi, Polo GT Tsi which has been announced and which
will be launched at a later date around September this Year. This is all we
